Decrypt the Dungeon
Our submission the Dungeon Crawler GameJam 2023 is a First Person Dungeon Crawler with puzzle mechanics! In this game, you will embark on a small adventure through a dungeon. Armed with only a lantern, you must explore the depths of the dungeon, solve puzzles to progress. The lantern serves as your primary tool, allowing you to light up your way, but also protecting you from the darkness. However, it might sometimes be wise to check out what the darkness hides. One could say it is the duality of light and darkness.
So get ready to explore and test your wits.
We would appreciate it, if you would take the time to fill out this Google form and give us some feedback.

I figured I'd give it five minutes. That was a good choice, since five minutes was as far as I got: four minutes of trying to maneuver myself to read a sheet of paper, and one minute of failing to turn a lantern back on no matter how many times I pressed "T" and then dying of fear. I hope other people have better luck with the interface than I did.
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Would you mind sharing, whether you played the WebGL or downloadable Windows version? It would help us tremendously with replicating the bug you've mentioned!
I had a similar issue getting the lantern to turn back on after the first room with the number combination. Once in the second area, the lantern would not turn on no matter how I tried. I played using the WebGL client.
Also, on the game over screen, the restart button did not seem to do anything.

The game looks gorgeous! Have added it to my collection to try out later. Hope the Game Jam was really fun!! Good luck! ☺️
Thank you! It was loads of fun and learnings. Keen to know if you like it! :)
